Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The outdoor courtyard and the restaurant were fantastic, but some room upgrades are needed. I even had to move a mattress downstairs for the kids to sleep. The service, particularly from Lisa and the other receptionists, was excellent and truly made my stay special. The location couldn't have been better, right opposite one of the main mountain lifts, and the gondola was just in front of the hotel. The dining experience was among the best I've ever had, and the breakfast window from 7am to 11am was perfect for late risers.
I had an amazing time at the hotel. The kids were so happy with the rooms, they didn't want to leave. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a great stay overall. However, there was a slight smell of smoke coming in.
What a stunning place to stay! The hotel offers breathtaking views of the Alps and is ideally located in the heart of Zermatt, just across from the Sunnegga station. While the warmth in the rooms was comforting for winter, it felt a bit too much for a July stay. The only downside is that some rooms face the railway track.
Our stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms offered magnificent Matterhorn views from the higher floors, which truly justified the cost. We were pleasantly surprised by the quirky room layout with two twin beds pushed together, adding a unique touch to our accommodation.
